The Academy for Educational Development, a national research and development group based in Washington, DC, has developed a train-the-trainer curriculum called Advancing Youth Development. The curriculum is designed to train youth program staff with at least 2 years of paid experience working directly with youth ages 10 to 18. Contact the director, Elaine Johnson, for information.
