CVS Caremark Community Grants Program for Organizations Serving Children With Disabilities and the Uninsured

"An annual philanthropic initiative of CVS Caremark, the CVS Caremark Community Grants program awards funds to nonprofit organizations and schools for programs that help children (under the age of 21) with disabilities lead full and independent lives, as well as programs that improve access to quality healthcare for the uninsured and underserved.

Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until October 31, 2012, for grants in the following funding areas:

Children With Disabilities...

Public Schools...

Health Care for the Uninsured and Underserved...

Applicants must be nonprofit organizations or public schools located in states with CVS/pharmacy stores. Qualifying organizations are eligible for grants of up to $5,000 each."
