eSchool News is a monthly print newspaper providing the news and information necessary to help K-20 decision-makers successfully use technology and the internet to transform North America's schools and colleges and achieve their educational goals. The print newspaper is read by more than 300,000 school leaders, and a companion web site—eSchool News Online (http://www.eschoolnews.com) is visited by more than 300,000 unique visitors each month, including 135,000 registered members.

Education Week

Editorial Projects in Education Inc. publishes Education Week, American education's newspaper of record, the Teacher Professional Development Sourcebook, Digital Directions, edweek.org, teachermagazine.org, and TopSchoolJobs.org. We also publish periodic special reports on issues ranging from state policy to technology, as well as books of special interest to educators.

Edutopia

Through the Edutopia.org Web site, Edutopia magazine, and Edutopia video, we spread the word about ideal, interactive learning environments and enable others to adapt these successes locally. Edutopia.org contains a deep archive of continually updated best practices, from classroom tips to recommendations for districtwide change. Allied with a dedicated audience that actively contributes success stories from the field, our mission relies on input and participation from schools and communities.

 

Coalition for Community Schools

The Coalition's mission is to mobilize the resources and capacity of multiple sectors and institutions to create a united movement for community schools.  The Coalition's goals are to: 

  • Share information about successful community school policies, programs, and practices
  • Build broader public understanding and support for community schools
  • Inform public and private-sector policies in order to strengthen community schools
  • Develop sustainable sources of funding for community schools

Education Development Center

Education Development Center, Inc. is a nonprofit research and development organization dedicated to improving education and health worldwide. Founded in 1958, EDC manages more than 350 projects around the globe. EDC’s work strengthens nearly every facet of society, including early child development, K-12 education, learning technologies, health promotion, workforce preparation, community development, and social justice.
