Adobe Youth Voices Essentials: Narrative Curriculum

Back in June we shared the launch of the Adobe Youth Voices Essentials website, featuring free media curriculum and resources.  In partnership with the Adobe Foundation, the YouthLearn team at EDC recently published a new video narrative curriculum: Moment of Truth.  Youth are asked to reflect on a real or imagined moment of conflict as inspiration for a video narrative project.

Real World Design Challenge - Registration Open

The Real World Design Challenge (RWDC) is an annual competition that provides high school students, grades 9-12, the opportunity to work on real world engineering challenges in a team environment. Each year, student teams will be asked to address a challenge that confronts our nation's leading industries. Students will utilize professional engineering software to develop their solutions and will also generate presentations that convincingly demonstrate the value of their solutions.

The Global Education Conference

From November 12 to 16, educators and innovators from around the world will come together for the Global Education Conference, a free, online, week-long event to explore ideas, examples, and projects related to connecting educators and classrooms across borders.
